As an update. The lucky draw prize winner from 2012 presentation was Dean Hanckel. Dean has chosen the Alps section of the Tour to follow between July 16 and 22 and is looking forward to seeing the stars of cycling in the mountains.
There are still a couple of spots left on the Pyrenees section of the tour for any late starters. Visit TDF travel for more info >

We are thrilled to announce that Tour de France Travel will be offering a 2013 Tour De France cycle trip as part of the lucky draw prizes at the conclusion of this year’s Nepean Triathlon.
Tour de France Travel generously donated a prize to the 2012 Tour de France which was drawn from our early entrants. This fabulous trip was won by Glenn Davies who recently returned from his travels and shared some travel stories and photos with Race Director Warwick Brennan.
Warwick: Did you enjoy the Tour de France tour?
Glenn: Yes, the Tour was absolutely amazing, it’s given me memories that will stay with me for life.
Warwick: Were you able to good look at the actual race?
Glenn: We were lucky enough to ride to a pre set up area close the summit finish on two separate stages of the race. It was such a mind blowing experience!
Warwick: How was it to cycle on parts of the Tour course?
Glenn: It was fantastic. There is so much history surrounding the Pyrenees and to ride the actual roads these guys race on was awesome.
Warwick: How did the Tour de France Travel co look after you?
Glenn: I couldn’t have asked for more. Simon and the crew from tdftravel.com made this experience so enjoyable. Great hotels, food, culture and friendly professional service just completed the package. Our tour group were spoiled rotten and I would have no problems at all in recommending this company to anyone interested in experiencing a Tour de France riding holiday. I’ll be going back again, possibly for the Alps next time!
To be eligible for the 2013 Tour de France Travel prize you must enter the 2013 Nepean Triathlon, compete and put your race number into the lucky draw bin. Lucky draws will be drawn at the presentation after Nepean Triathlon and the winner needs to be present to collect the prize.
