A few final items to wrap up the 2013 Nepean Triathlon…
Congratulations to Tony Syme who is the lucky winner of the TDF Travel Tour de France holiday package. With the tour itinerary just announced Tony can look forward to spending his time in either the Pyrenees or Alps during the 2014 tour.
Our oldest finisher in the Enticer Triathlon was 70 year old Valerie Ardill. The oldest finisher in the Gulf Western Nepean Triathlon was 72 year old John Jagoe, who took the $200 for the oldest finisher by 16 days from Pete Smith (one of our 4 legends that completed his 32nd Nepean Triathlon). Our oldest woman was 64 year old Annie Simmons.
Speaking of our 4 legends, we are happy to say they all completed the 32nd edition and look set to return in 2014.
And as follow up to our 2013 Champions Emma Moffat and Aaron Royle, both continued their Nepean form and went on to take out the Noosa Triathlon the following weekend.
