The Nepean Triathlon hits another milestone reaching 30 years. Commemorative t-shirts and medals are produced to mark the history of the event and the 4 Nepean Legends are recognised at an amazing feat of completing every Nepean Triathlon over 30 years.<\/p>\n

Long course triathlon specialists Tim Reed and Melissa Rollison (who was the recent world 70.3 champion) were victorious in 2011.<\/p>\n

Melissa took the handicap title in a course record at the time. Second place went to Michelle Wu who had beaten Melissa for the title the previous year.<\/p>\n

The finish line for the Nepean Triathlon moved to the front of the main grandstand in 2010 providing spectators a great view of the finish line action while waiting for the presentation to start.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
