Your first triathlon starts here. The Super Sprint is short, sharp, and the perfect introduction to multisport racing — accessible enough to be your first, exciting enough to keep you coming back.
The Nepean Super Sprint Triathlon is for people aged 12 years and over (as of 31 December 2026).
Important Information: An additional one-day licence fee of $4.50 applies if you’re not a member of AusTriathlon.
Course Maps
The Super Sprint Triathlon is held within the confines of the Sydney Regatta Centre and is traffic free.
