Nepean Welcomes A New Race Director

The 36th running of the Nepean Triathlon saw a changing of the guard in Race Directors.

Long term Race organisers, Warwick Brennan and Gordon Bell along with Steve and Jenni Payne decided it was time to step aside. The new race director, Chris Joseph (Joey) had previously been President of the Panthers Triathlon Club and ran the NSW All Schools Triathlon.

In the racing, Aaron Royle continued his recent dominance of the Nepean Triathlon returning to snare his 4th Nepean Triathlon title. Similarly, Ashleigh Gentle returned to get a 3rd Nepean Triathlon title to her growing list of victories both home and abroad.

The Nepean Legends also returned to complete number 36.
