Tim Bentley secured his third title with Bianca Van Woesik getting her first Nepean victory. Bianca was known as a very tough competitor in races all over the world, from Ironman to sprint distance. She competed at the Hawaiian Ironman and worked tirelessly for sports organisations in QLD and NSW to give back to the sporting community.
In later years, Bianca was the Executive Director for the Australian sports organisation for the disabled. She still continued to run competitively and has had wins in numerous running events such as the six foot track marathon in the Blue Mountains in 2001.
